烟台洪坤环保工程有限公司成立于2004年6月，主要从事海上应急清除与控制、船舶污染物回收以及防污材料和设备供应等多项业务，是一个全天候服务于海上航行船舶、靠港船舶污染物接收、防污、海上溢油应急处置和遇险船舶搜救的专业化公司。拥有自己专属的溢油应急船舶、完善的应急配套设备器材和具有专业资质的操作人员。历经近十年的业务拓展，已进形成了一个颇具规模、实力雄厚、业务范围无缝覆盖、运营管理规范、制度健全的杰出企业。

　　2012年10月，我公司经交通运输部专家组评议，顺利通过了“一级船舶污染清除单位” 的审批，证书编号：04-1012。本公司与世界各国船务公司及代理商签署协议船舶近四千艘，并加入了国内多家海上溢油应急联盟组织，与业内的各公司保持着密切的业务信息交流和良好的合作。近十年的磨砺与积累，拥有了丰富的实践经验，在能力上完全能够满足客户达到本公司所辖海区时的各项业务服务需求，免除用户的后顾之忧。

　　我公司目前拥有高级溢油应急管理人员11人；溢油应急清污作业人员40人；海上专业溢油应急船舶2艘；辅助溢油应急处置船舶8艘。同时，公司建有专用的设备、物资材料库房，储备了种类齐全、充足的设备和物资，能够随时提供多方位的船舶污油处理、海上防污及溢油应急服务。
